The North Platte Natural Resources District will host a buffalograss workshop on Tuesday, June 10, from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. at the NRD building just south of the airport in Scottsbluff.The workshop is free and open to the public.
The workshop will provide information and tips on seeding preparations, seeding methods, seed varieties, establishing buffalograss, and maintenance. NRD staff will then perform a live planting demonstration on-site.
The workshop will be held outside, so participants are reminded to dress accordingly. Handout literature and brochures will be provided at the workshop.
