Fallon DeBlois capped off her junior season by medaling in the shot put at the Class C state track and field meet held last weekend in Omaha.
She earned a sixth-place finish with a throw of 37 feet, 7 1/4 inches. It was the personal- best mark of her career.
DeBlois was one of eight Bulldog tracksters to qualify for state. She was the only medalist.
