After more than 16 years serving the community at Morrill County Community Hospital (MCCH), Amber Malcolm has taken a bold step toward personalized care by launching her own private practice, AM Wellness Clinic, this past July. Nestled at 1002 Main St. in the heart of Bridgeport, the clinic combines Malcolm’s expertise in family practice with a touch of aesthetic enhancement, all delivered with the warmth of a hometown provider.
Born and raised in Bridgeport, Malcolm is no stranger to the area’s tight-knit spirit. She lives south of town with her husband, Zach, and their three energetic children: Daxton, Gabel, and Stella.The family stays busy on their farm and ranch, where Amber can often be found lending a hand alongside chasing after her kids or hitting the pavement for a run.
With over a decade in family practice—including seven years in primary care and three in MedSpa services as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN)— Malcolm brings a wealth of knowledge and genuine compassion to every visit. Her clinic now offers convenient primary care options, including annual wellness exams and medication refills. For those urgent moments, she handles acute concerns with on-site testing like strep swabs, urine analysis, flu tests, and more. Malcolm also partners with local schools for concussion evaluations, ensuring quick support for young athletes.
