Forty-six Bridgeport Junior

Forty-six Bridgeport Junior
Forty-six Bridgeport Junior and Senior High band members traveled to the University of Wyoming on October 11 to rehearse and perform at halftime for the Cowboys game against San Jose State. Over 1400 students from nearly 20 other schools including UW created a mass band on the field and played the pop song “Espresso” and Wyoming’s own “Cowboy Joe.” Even though the students had to practice for over an hour in near constant rain, their attitudes and behavior were exceptional. Under Mr. Babic’s direction, Bridgeport bands have performed at either a Wyoming or Chadron football game eight separate times. COURTESY PHOTO
