Leyton built a 44-14 halftime lead before shutting out Pawnee City in the second half, amassing 537 total yards (261 rushing, 276 passing) while holding the Indians to 250 yards and forcing one interception.
Senior Alec Watchorn was a standout, contributing 370 total yards: 6/7 passing for 81 yards and 1 TD, 8 rushes for 133 yards and 2 TDs, 3 receptions for 156 yards and 3 TDs, plus 9 tackles (1 solo, 8 assisted) and 1 interception on defense. Sophomore Colt Van Anne added 189 yards: 1/2 passing for 12 yards and 1 TD, 4 rushes for 128 yards and 4 TDs, 4 receptions for 49 yards, along with 3 tackles, 2 tackles for loss, and 6 quarterback hurries. Junior Austin Beutler threw 5/9 for 183 yards and 2 TDs, while adding 9 tackles.
Defensively, senior Jeremiah Hajek led with 12 tackles (2 solo, 10 assisted) and 1 TFL. Junior Riley Benish recorded 6 tackles (3 solo, 3 assisted) and 3 TFLs. Senior Kaleb Miller caught 3 passes for 64 yards and handled 8 kickoffs for 184 yards.
