Plenty of Bridgeport High School athletes earned well-deserved honors following a successful fall sports season.
The Bulldogs were well-represented on both the all-district and Western Trails Conference football teams released last week.
For 8-man football, Landon Dean earned the WTC Defensive Most Valuable Player award.The junior totaled 63 tackles, 14 tackles for losses, 14 quarterback sacks, and four fumble recoveries for a Bridgeport squad that finished 9-2 and won back-to-back state playoff games for the first time in school history.
