The council reelected Mark Wickard as president and confirmed Mayor Beyer’s appointments, including Travis Rodak as city attorney, Doretta Huck as city clerk/ treasurer, Doug Hadden as city physician, Casey Sides as fire chief, Darrell Menke as assistant fire chief, M.C.
