Richard Krahulik Was — Richard Krahulik Was presented a Quilt of Valor on Tuesday at the American Legion hall. He enlisted in the US Navy in 1968 and served as an aviation mechanic and on search and rescue at the Pacific Missile Test Center, Point Mugu and Seal Beach.
