County offices draw multiple contenders In the race for County Commissioner, six Republicans have filed for two seats, setting up a competitive primary. Incumbent Jeff Metz (R) faces challenges from Cheree Fisher (R), Steve Erdman (R), Kathleen L. Brandt (R), Grady Norman (R), and Rose M. Nelson (R).

Incumbent John O. Erickson (R) is running unopposed for County Assessor.
