Nebraska Bank awards ten college scholarships

Since 2018, NEBRASKA BANK has invested in the next generation of business and agriculture leaders through its scholarship program, awarding $74,000 in educational funding to Nebraska high school seniors as of April 2026.

Applicants are selected based on their intent to pursue degrees related to banking, business, or agriculture, as well as their commitment to attending a Nebraska college or university. Recipients also demonstrate strong community involvement and the ability to balance academics with extracurricular activities.

NEBRASKA BANK is proud to recognize the following 2026 scholarship recipients. Each student will receive a $1,000 award to support their education this fall: (name, home town, high school) Haiden Dorste, Falls City (Falls City Senior High) Lucas Griess, Atkinson (West Holt High School) Espen Lanik, Alliance (Alliance High School) Jaylee Lechtenberg, Butte (Boyd County High School) Logan Levick, Oshkosh (Bridgeport High School) Logan Lienemann, Randolph (Randolph High School) Owen Plog, Hemingford (Hemingford High School) Bree Pojar, Scribner (North Bend Central) Ava Schmutte, Roca (Norris High School) Jacob Winckler, Chadron (Chadron High School) “NEBRASKA BANK is proud to support students who are committed to strengthening the future of our communities,” said Stephen Stull, NEBRASKA BANK CEO. “These recipients represent the drive, leadership, and values that will continue to move Nebraska forward.”
