With the district meet just around the corner, the Bridgeport girls and boys track and field teams continued to improve as the regular season winds down.
At the George Calvert Invitational held Friday in Mitchell, the Bulldog boys earned a runner-up finish with a score of 136. Mitchell won with 195.
The Bridgeport girls earned a third-place finish with 88.
