It proved to be a busy and tough week of competition for the Bridgeport volleyball team.
The Bulldogs finished a difficult stretch of the schedule going 1-4. After beating Crawford and falling to Morrill in a triangular last Tuesday in Morrill, the Bulldogs dropped all three of their matches in a tournament hosted by Hershey on Saturday.
In a 25-14, 25-23 setback to Gothenburg, Alba Norman tallied six kills and six service points. Avery Schneider handed out 15 set assists and recorded seven digs. Reata Loomis added seven digs and Elizabeth Higgins served a pair of aces.
