The Bridgeport Art Club traveled to Denver on Tuesday, November 30, to visit the “Whistler to Cassatt; American Painters in France” special exhibit at the Denver Art Museum, with Mrs. Millette, Mr. Goltl, and Peggy Backer chaperoning the students through the experience.
Bridgeport students in Mrs. Watt’s fifth grade classroom hosted a spectacular shopping experience for the younger students on Thursday, December 16, in the school’s commons area.
On Monday, December 13, the Junior High and High School band and choirs treated the public to a Christmas Concert that showcased their musical gifts and helped set the tone for the coming Christmas season.
Over 150 children and their families showed up on Saturday morning to enjoy decorating cookies with Santa Claus at the elementary school commons area.
Bomgaars, in partnership with the True Value Foundation, is providing free health and safety kits to the Bridgeport Public School System through the Foundation’s Educational Heroes Safety Campaign.
