Three city vehicles for sale

Bridgeport City Council met in regular session on Thursday, February 11, 2021, at the PWCC. After routine business, the consent agenda was passed, including the approval of January’s meeting and the Treasurer’s report. Charles Fellhoelter, Wendy Lummel, and Allison Liras were re-appointed to the Board of Adjustments and claims were paid.

More than a dozen city residents were in attendance to protest at a public hearing being held on the planning commission’s recommendation to rezone property on West 5th Street owned by Kuskie Oil. Currently, the property is zoned R2 for residential housing as a trailer court, with some mobile homes being occupied, and one being vacant; The vacant home slated for removal this spring.
