John L. Reuter, 74
John L. Reuter, 74, of Bridgeport, Nebraska, passed away on February 23, 2026, at his home after a short illness. Bridgman Funeral Home is serving the family. Cremation has taken place.
John was born September 2, 1951, to Leonard J. and Elisabeth ‘Betty’ Blome Reuter. He graduated from Bridgeport High School with the class of 1969.
He is survived by his son Dakotah, brother William “Bill” (Geraldine), sisters Lynn Reuter, Susan (Steve) Smith and nephew Carson (Angel) Reuter.
He was preceded in death by his parents, grandparents Leonard P. and Mary Reuter and Herman and Lana Blome, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
A private family service is planned for a later date.
