Margaret Lucille Meyer, 89

Margatet Lucille (McEndaffer) Box Meyer of Sterling, Colorado, passed away peacefully at her home on November 28, 2022. She was born April 20, 1933 in Kimball, NE, to Louise (Glover) and Kenneth McEndaffer.

She attended her elementary grade school years at West Plains in a one-room school with her mother as her teacher. She then attended New Raymer High School, graduating in 1950. On December 28, 1950, she married Allen Box.To this union of 39 years, four children were born.

Margie moved to Bridgeport in the late ’80s. During her time in Bridgeport, Margie worked a number of years for Sonny’s Super Foods. She married Delton Meyer on October 10, 1990.

She was preceded in death by her parents Kenneth and Louise, infant son Allen Wayne Box, husband Delton Meyer (2013), sister Lou Ann Littlefield, brother Vernon McEndaffer, and lifelong friend, Allen Box.

Margie leaves behind three daughters: Charlotte (Steve) Norgren,Vicki (Harry) Schaaf, and Marilyn (Rocky) Samber; six grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; her sister Lorraine Delcamp and her brother David McEndaffer.
