A Memorial Mass was held at St. John the Apostle Catholic Church in Lincoln on October 14, and her Mass of Christian Burial was on October 20, 2023, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Bayard, with Fr.Tim Stoner as Celebrant; cremation followed. George Anest, 90, of Bayard, Nebraska, passed away Wednesday, October 11, 2023, at his home with his loving family at his side.
