Champions Forever perform at Bridgeport

It was a basketball extravaganza last week in the new gymnasium at Bridgeport High School when the Bulldog family hosted the Crevier family and their spectacular show. Finalists out of 100,000 acts on America’s Got Talent, Bruce and Diane Crevier and their brood of twelve perform shows around the world, having been to forty countries, using their talents and resources, “To encourage, equip, inspire and challenge youth and adults to become Champions in the Game of Life.”

Bridgeport teams placed in the top three spots in all relays at Morrill’s Early Bird track meet on Friday. In the 4x800 relay, Madison Ribble, Mackenzie Liakos, Brooklyn Mohrman and Alexis Hill placed 1st with a time of 11:17.77. In the 4x100 relay, Ella Schluterbusch, Olivia Loomis-Goltl, Mohrman, and Taylor Bright placed 2nd with a 54.15 time.The 4x400 relay team saw Schluterbusch, Lily Stull, Aubrey Watts and Hill place third with a time of 4:42.

Lady Bulldogs enjoyed history-making, record-setting season on hardwood

From history-making success to record-setting achievements, it certainly proved to be a memorable season for the Bridgeport girls basketball team led by head coach Dave Kuhlen.The Lady Bulldogs tied the school record for most wins in a season by finishing 27-1, while setting a new school record with a 26-game winning streak.
