A Fine Arts Festival was held at the school in the old gymnasium on Tuesday, May 4, to showcase projects students have been working on all year long in their visual arts classes. Art teachers Debbie Millette and Pat Goltl displayed their students’ artwork, consisting of oil, acrylic and watercolor paintings, pencil and colored pencil drawings, batiks, clay, and mixed media arts.
Bridgeport High School thespians presented their hilarious Spring Play on Thursday, April 29, first to the elementary students, then to the secondary students, and finally that evening, to the public.

Bridgeport was host to both the Southern Platte Valley Association (SPVA) and Western Trails Conference (WTC) on Friday, April 30th at the Courthouse and Jail Rock Golf Course.
The Bridgeport High School Concert Band, High School Chorus, and Show Choir Audacity, along with several solo and ensemble groups, travelled to Western Nebraska Community College to compete in the Class C District Music Festival held there on Thursday, April 22.
