One Team, One Family was the season long motto of the Bridgeport Bulldog boys when they hit the gridiron each Friday. Their attitude, hard work and determination paid off in their 7-2 standings at the end of fall. For Nebraska Class C2 High School Football, Bridgeport ranked fourteenth out of 32 teams, and second overall in District Six.
This is to let you know of the protocol the school must follow until November 30th when we are hosting sporting events. The governor’s Directed Health Measure (DHM) says that the only spectators allowed at Youth/JH/HS sports are people who live in the same household as of the participants. Each participant will list who they live with and only those individuals are allowed to attend home activities at Bridgeport.
The 2020 South Platte Valley Association All Conference Volleyball teams were announced last Thursday. All teams were selected by the SPVA coaches, with Bridgeport Lady Bulldogs boasting two students, Ruthie Loomis-Goltl, a sophomore, and Sydney Nein, a senior, on the First Team.
Bridgeport Art students got their creative juices flowing with Model Magic during the first quarter of school as they worked on a monster themed art project.
The Western Trails Conference released its all-conference honors for the 2020 volleyball and football seasons.
