Jane Rodriguez Hernandez, 90, of Lincoln, formerly of Bayard, passed away on October 9, 2023, in Lincoln, Nebraska, surrounded by her daughters. A Memorial Mass was held at St. John the Apostle Catholic Church in Lincoln on October 14, and her Mass of Christian Burial was on October 20, 2023, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Bayard, with Fr.Tim Stoner as Celebrant; cremation followed. A funeral service was held Tuesday, Oct. 17, 2023, at the Assumption Greek Orthodox Church in Bayard, with Rev. Fr. James Kumarelas officiating. Burial followed at the Bayard Cemetery.
