Herman Ernest Hall was born September 28, 1930, in Bridgeport, Nebraska. He died April 4, 2023, in Ontario, Oregon. Herman was the first of five children born to Herman and Inez (Mitchell) Hall. Bridgeport elementary students held their spring concert on Tuesday night, April 25, in the school auditorium before a large crowd. Richard John Lockman, Sr., 84, of Scottsbluff, Nebraska, passed away on Friday, April 28, 2023, at home. His funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, May 6, 2023, at Bridgman Funeral Home in Scottsbluff, with Pastor Rick Reisig officiating. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Park Cemetery in Scottsbluff. A viewing will be held on hour prior to the funeral.
