Robert Lee Prime Jr., 80, of Bridgeport, Nebraska passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, August 27, 2023 at his home.

Memorial services were held on Saturday, September 2, 2023, at the Church of Christ in Bridgeport with Pastor Jonathan Seng officiating. Burial followed at Oregon Trail Memorial Cemetery. He was born on July 27, 1943, at Crawford, Nebraska, to Robert Lee Prime, Sr. and Melba (Johnson) Prime.

Robert married Blanche Lemus on June 8, 1969, in San Jose, California, and made their home in Bridgeport, Nebraska.

Survivors include his wife of 54 years, Blanche, and their two sons, Robert and Ronnie Prime; brother Dennis Guy Prime and Lynda Grim; grandchildren Natalie Nicole Bennett, Julian James Ramon, Destiny Prime, Desirae Prime, Riley Prime and Carsen Wynn; and great-grandchildren Legend Lloyd Bennett and Amayah Katalina Ramon.

He was preceded in death by his father and mother, brothers Tony Prime and Pat Prime, sister Mary Prime and son Rocky J. Prime.
