BHS Board of Ed makes staffing decisions for next school year
The Bridgeport Public Schools Board of Education held their regularly scheduled meeting on Monday, February 10th. All board members were present except Greg Wickard had an excused absence. Also present was Mrs. Reynolds, Mr. Lecher, Ms. Vonnie Brown and Superintendent Lambert. Eighth grade student Jake Paschke was present, he introduced himself and said that he is working toward being an Eagle Scout and attending an elected government meeting is one of the requirements.
In action items the board accepted resignations from Mrs. Kampsnider and Ms. Faden-Bloyd. Mrs. Kampsnider currently teaches KG, plans to work at home after the birth of their second child this upcoming spring. Ms. Bloyd is retiring after many years of service to the school district.
