Christy A. Schumacher of Gurley, Nebraska, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Monday, August 1, 2022, at Regional West Medical Center in Sidney at the age of 52. Funeral services were held Saturday, August 6, 2022, at the Salem Lutheran Church in Gurley, NE, with Pastor Ted Bourret officiating. Burial followed in the Sanders Cemetery in Dalton. Eldora Lorraine (Betz) Andreas, 97, formerly of Bayard, Nebraska, was called to her eternal home on July 24, 2022. Her funeral service was held on Thursday, July 28, 2022, at Faith United Church of Christ in Bayard with Pastor Tom Smith officiating. Interment will follow at Bayard Cemetery. Patricia Elaine Beyer, age 80, of Sidney, Nebraska, went home to join the Lord and her parents in heaven on Thursday, July 21, 2022, in Sidney, NE. A Mass of Christian Burial was held July 26, 2022, at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Dalton, NE, with Father Tim Stoner and Steven Deaver officiating. She was laid to rest at St. Mary’s Catholic Dalton Cemetery immediately following services at the church. Cremation has taken place.
