Bridgeport Cheer Team competes at state level
On January 11, 2023, the United States Olympic and Paralympic Committee formally announced several sports would be officially recognized as such in America.These included Muaythai Federation, Cricket, Kickboxing, Lacrosse, and Cheer teams. For the third straight year, the Bridgeport Lady Bulldogs captured the championship of the Western Trails Conference basketball tournament. Bridgeport schools hosted the Nebraska School Activities Association girls District 4 wrestling tournament this past weekend, February 3-4, with Bridgeport landing in the 14th place spot out of thirty schools from across the state.
