Character Counts–Citizenship
The final Character Counts assembly honoring student’s commitment to citizenship was held on Friday, May 6, in the auditorium. Elementary teachers select two students from each classroom they believe demonstrate the most citizenship in and around the school. Kindergarten through third graders and fourth through sixth graders stand with their certificates and their medals during the ceremony. This pillar’s Queen of Character was Reata Loomis, a fifth grader, and she stands with Mrs. Michelle Stevens, Elementary Counselor.
